Tandoori Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1. Chicken Drumsticks -102. Plain yogurt -2 Spoons
3. Salt, to taste
4. Red Pepper, to taste
5. Garam Masala, to taste
6. Vegetable oil-2 Spoons
7. Tomato paste -10
8. Fresh ginger, shredded-10
9. 6 cloves garlic, ground
10. lemon juice -2 Spoons
11. vinegar -2 Spoons
HOW TO PREPARE
Skin drumsticks and make cuts on the drumstick meat. Mix yogurt, tomato paste, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and garam masala. Marinate chicken in this paste for six hours. Preheat oven to 350oF and bake for 45 minutes.Share in Whatsapp
