Horse Gram Incredients

  1.  Muthira - 2 Cup
  2.  Coconut Small Pieces - 4/1 Cup
  3.  Ginger Small Pieces - 4/1 Spoon
  4.  Garlic (Crushed ) - 2 Spoon
  5.  Small Onion (Crushed) - 2 Spoon
  6.  Green Chilly (Crushed) - 3 Pcs.
  7.  Curry Leaf - 2 Springs
  8.  Salt - to taste
  9.  Coconut Oil - 3 Spoon

How to Prepare Horse gram Recipe


Cook Muthira 2 Litter water with pressure cooker 3-4 whiseles with Salt & Coconut Pineer & Ginger.
Heat Cheena Chatti / Fry Pan at mediam heat put oil 3 spoon hot then 4 to 6 items (Garlic (Crushed ) - 2 Spoon, Small Onion (Crushed) - 2 Spoon, Green Chilly (Crushed) - 3 Pcs.) 
Add salt make it brownish color the add curry leaf & cooked muthira then 3 to 4 minutes fry then serve.
Note : We Can Serve with Chappathy / Rice
