Prawn Patia Recipe

Ingredients
1. Prawns, peeled - 1 lb.
2. Large onions - 2 sliced
3. Ginger, chopped - 1/2
4. Garlic cloves,chopped -3
5. Chilies,chopped - 4
6. Turmeric 1.14 oz. -1/2 teaspoon
7. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
8. Ground cumin -1 teaspoon
9. Crushed dried red chillies -1 teaspoon
10. Groundnut oil - 4 tablespoons
11. Capsicum, chopped small -1
Preparation
Can of plum tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped water Heat the salt, cumin and dried chillies in a heavy frying pan over a high heat for 1 minute. Keep the spices moving. Add the oil. Lower the heat and add the onion and capsicum. Cook for a few minutes until the onions are soft. Add the ginger, garlic and chillies. Stir for another minute. Add prawns, turmeric and tomatoes. If the mixture is too thick add a little water. Simmer until prawns are cooked through.

INGREDIENTS
1. Oil - 1 Spoon
2. Shrimps- 1 Kg
3. Onion, pureed- 1
4. Chilli powder- 1 Spoon
5. Cumin powder - 1 Spoon
6. Coriander powder - 1 Spoon
7. Ginger paste - 1 Spoon
8. Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
9. Tomato, pureed - 1
10. Turmeric powder -1 Spoon 
11. Salt to taste 
12. Lemon juice  -1 Spoon
13. Cilantro/coriander leaves - 1

HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a non.stick frying pan and fry the onion, tomato, ginger and garlic, together with cumin and coriander powders and cilantro/coriander leaves for five minutes on medium low heat. Add shrimp, turmeric and chili powders and salt together with half a cup of lukewarm water and cook on medium low heat for twenty five minutes. Keep the pan covered with a lid. Stir well to let the shrimps blend with the spices. Season with lemon juice, garnish with cilantro/coriander before serving.

1. Fish 1 kg, Cut into Pieces 
2. Mustard powder-2 Spoon
3. Salt -1 Spoon
4. Green chillies- 8 nos
5. Oil - 2 Spoon
6. Turmeric powder -1 Spoon

How to Prepare Mustard Fish Curry

Make a paste of mustard in an equal amount of water. Heat oil in a non.stick frying pan and fry the mustard paste for half a minute, and add 3 cups of lukewarm water. Bring to a boil and add fish, turmeric and salt and green chillies. Cook on medium low heat for 30 minutes. After we can serve our tasty fish curry with mustard.

Ingredients
Fish, chili powder, coriander, turmeric, Garcinia gummi-gutta(kudumbuli), garlic, red chillies, green chilli, ginger, salt, coconut, curry leaves
    
How to Prepare
Coriander Powder, turmeric powder, salt, garlic and small onion well mix with mixer and put on the fish keep 15 minutes. 

Then Heat the pan and Put some oil, When the oil is warm, add some garlic/ginger garlic paste, small onion green chili, make it brownish color. 

Then put chili powder and little salt then mix well, after put Garcinia gummi-gutta and water, When boiling, add the fish to the masala and cover it.

When the fish is cook, add some coconut oil  and curry leaf wait 2-3 mint then we can serve. Our fish tasty fish vattichade ready.
