Okra Curry | Bhindi Masala
Ingredients
1. Oil -2 tbsp.2. Okra-sliced- 1 lb.
3. Chilli Powder -1 Spoon
4. Cumin Powder -1 Spoon
5. Coriander Powder -1 Spoon
6. Potato, Cubed -1
7. Onions, - 2 pureed
8. Ginger Paste -2 Spoon
9. Garlic Paste -2 Spoon
10. Turmeric -1 Spoon
11. Salt or to taste -1 Spoon
12. Tomato, pureed -1 large
How to Prepare
Heat oil in a non.stick frying pan (or skillet) and fry the onions, ginger and garlic, together with cumin and coriander powders and tomato for five minutes on medium low heat. Add potato, okra, turmeric and chilli powders and salt and cook on medium low heat for half an hour.
